Water
Carry a water bottle with you. You are 100% more likely to drink more water and reduce your coffee and soda intake.
Water makes up over 70% of our body weight. Drinking more water can help you reduce your weight by decreasing cravings.
Oxygen
Exercise 3-5 times per week. Walking is great!
Learn to breathe! Breathing with your belly reduces mental and physical stress and increases energy.
Breath in your nose for 7 seconds, hold for 7 seconds, breath out your mouth for 4 seconds.
Food
Eat foods with greater NUTRITIONAL VALUE and lower caloric value like fruits and vegetables. (About 1 pound of fruits and vegetables per 50 pounds of body weight per day)
Make sure you get your minerals. Medications are the number one cause of minerals being leached from the body due to their toxicity.
